Join the Garden & Gun Club for a weekend of exceptional fishing, shooting, and culinary adventures. This Cast & Blast event will be a celebration of the sporting life in the beautiful South Carolina Lowcountry at renowned Palmetto Bluff. Guests will enjoy a full day of world-class fishing and custom shooting, bookended by cocktails, camaraderie, and incredible cuisine, all set in an environment of unrivaled natural beauty.

8:30am – 11:30am
Early morning freshwater fishing appealing to fishermen of all skill levels. Enjoy lessons on casting, hone your skills along the banks, or head out on 25-acre Lake Haynes and reel in its vast, untapped bass population. Lake Haynes features some of the best freshwater fishing available. Guides, canoes, and boats provided.

A limited number of spots will be available for guided in-shore saltwater fishing. In early March, redfish will be in season along coastal South Carolina. Please call for more information on this opportunity.

12 noon
Festive fish fry grab-and-go lunch at the Lake House on Lake Haynes. Property tour “menus” available for guests to explore Palmetto Bluff.



2:00pm – 5:00pm
Taking advantage of this exquisite natural setting, G&G will create a custom sporting clays course featuring five stations along Cemetery Road. Further, G&G and Palmetto Bluff will set up a rifle range for another unique shooting opportunity. Ammunition will be provided though guests will need to bring their own shotguns. Rifles will be provided for the rifle range.



7:00pm
In celebration of the day’s events, Garden & Gun will host a four-course Lowcountry supper with unique wine pairings and cocktails from Palmetto Bluff’s esteemed food and wine team. All weekend guests, sporting and non-sporting, are invited to join us for this festive dining experience.
